How about enjoying some delicious local food as a form of self-care this weekend?
You can start your day by shopping at the Westminster Downtown Farmer's Market where you can get a cup of coffee from Furnace Hills and a breakfast treat from Jeannie Bird. The market is open from 8a-noon and has many produce vendors, local meat, dairy and eggs as well as coffee, baked goods and bread and there was even a local winery there last week. Here is a complete list of Carroll County Farmers Markets.
