Make Plans to attend Shepherd’s Staff first annual Empty Bowls of Carroll County on Sunday, March 26th 12-2pm at St. Paul's UCC  located at 17 Bond St. in Westminster

Help combat hunger, one bowl at a time.

Empty Bowls was created to bring awareness to hunger of all types, foster community, and raise funds to support those in need.

At Empty Bowls of Carroll County, you will experience a delicious sampling of soups provided and served by local churches and restaurants.

Ticket price includes soup, bread, water and a take-home, ceramic bowl.

Desserts and beverages will be available for an additional donation.

This family-friendly event will include musical entertainment, a Kid's Craft Corner, and a fun, Silent Auction.

The Shepherd’s Staff is a Christian Outreach and Support Center Serving the Needy in Carroll County, Maryland. Our base of operation is a former residence located at 30 Carroll Street in Westminster, MD across from Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Philosophy- The Shepherd’s Staff ministry continually strives to effectively respond to people in their time of need. Our focus is to provide temporary assistance to resolve short-term problems and empower people to seek more permanent solutions for social and economic self-sufficiency.

Outreach by Shepherd's Staff includes collecting items for a non-food bank such as toiletries and diapers, a weekly soup kitchen, and providing free school essentials for students in need who attend Carroll County public schools.
