The Interfaith Community of Carroll County meets on the first Tuesday of each month, January - May and September - November.
The program will begin at 7:00pm and go to roughly 8:30 pm. at the Finksburg Branch of Carroll County Public Library.
The topic for October 3, will be: Discussion on The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness by Michelle Alexander, which explores correctional facilities and the African American community.
